Underway Again

We left Brunswick Landing Marina in Brunswick, Georgia on a cold but sunny Sunday morning. We were waved off the dock by our friends from Dock 10 - thanks guys! Just so we knew everything was good we were "escorted" under the Brunswick Bridge by dolphins playing around the boat. What a great way to start our day! The day warmed up quite nicely and allowed us to shed the layers of clothing until we were at anchor and the sun was going down.

Monday was an uneventful day, sunny and warm after a cold night. We made it to St. Augustine, the oldest city in the US. We anchored just north of the Bridge of Lions with the main street and old fort just off to our side. Both of us are sitting here at anchor remembering the days when we would be visiting cities like St. Augustine and be admiring the boats at anchor - what a great feeling to be on one of those boats now!
